Our 100% Rutherford estate grown Sauvignon Blanc shows ripe and juicy pear, fresh melon and apricot fruit flavors balanced by refreshing lemony acidity and mineral highlights on the nose. On the palate, there are additional soft, oak overtones displaying full bodied and well integrated flavors. The natural acid levels highlight the freshness of the wine and make the fruit shine! Stainless steel fermented and barrel aged for 4 months in two year neutral French oak barrels, this is a well balanced Sauvignon Blanc, with a surprisingly long finish.
